What Is The Shot Expo?

What is the SHOT Expo? To put it simply "SHOT" stands for Shooting, Hunting & Outdoor Trade. The SHOT Expo is derived from the "SHOT Show" in the U.S with the purpose of showcasing the shooting, hunting and outdoor trades to members, potential members and the general public with the view of improving public awareness and increasing membership.

The SHOT Expo is Australia's largest Shooting, Hunting and Outdoor Trades expo with exhibitors including representatives from firearms & ammunition accessories, camping & hiking equipment, angling equipment, archery, taxidermy, safari outfitters, transport & personal equipment to name but a few. The SHOT Expo sets a new benchmark for the firearm and outdoor shows in Australia , showcasing the best of what's on offer in the associated industries. There's everything from the latest firearms to safes to storage systems for 4WD's to the latest in camping and outdoor accessories. While organized by the SSAA, the Expo is a true showcase for all the shooting sports with like-minded shooting associations and clubs eagerly participating. A united front from all the shooting and outdoor sports can only benefit the future of our chosen recreations.
