Working Gundog Association of Australia

Working Gundog Association of Australia (Victoria), established in 1998, is dedicated to the breeding, training, promotion and trialing of working gun dogs.

The club holds retrieving trials, field trials, demonstrations, field assessment days and duck opening practice days as well as monthly training days. Most members of club are keen hunters and their dogs are used in the field as hunting companions. Training days are held on the third Sunday of the month. Working Gundog Association of Australia is accredited with the Victorian Government as an organisation able to conduct field trials during open game season in Victoria.
