Military Rifle Club/Military Pistol Club/Military Collectors Club

The Military Rifle Club/Military Pistol Club/Military Collectors Club was established in 1985 and its membership has grown to more than 300. In 2000, the club built a clubhouse at SSAA’s Eagle Park Range. The clubhouse is fully equipped with a wood heater and storage facility. The club’s focus is on friendly, competitive and safe shooting, and hosting social events, including monthly ‘show and tell’ nights involving guest speakers and yearly Trash and Treasures. The club runs competitions for standard and modified military rifles out to 500m and commemorative shoots to recognise D Day, Long Tan, and Victory in the Pacific.
