Eagle Park Youth Training Scheme

The Eagle Park Youth Training Scheme allows juniors to try shooting, using .22 LR bolt-action rimfire rifles.

First time attendees receive an induction to safety and marksmanship. After the first shoot, participants are invited to join in the monthly competition and receive training in field rifle, 3-positional of metallic silhouette. New groups of more than five new attendees are asked to phone in advance. A limited number of club firearms are available for use free of charge. Parental involvement is appreciated. New shooters must wear appropriate clothing, including closed-toe footwear and no singlets or low tops, and eye protection.
