The key piece of legislation governing hunting in New South Wales, the Game and Feral Animal Control Regulation 2012 (GFAC Regulation), is being reviewed.
Proposed changes to the GFAC Regulation are in the areas of:
- Licensing
- Wildlife management
- Public land hunting and licence conditions
- Hunting offences
Hunters with an interest in New South Wales are encouraged to have their say by completing a survey or making a submission through the ‘Have your say website’, or by email or post.
Consultation on the proposed GFAC Regulation 2022 will close at 11.59 pm, Tuesday 12 July 2022.
