New State Office Staff Member – Daryl Snowdon

SSAA Victoria would like to officially welcome Daryl Snowdon to our State Office team, where he will be working as the CPM and Training Development Co-ordinator. Daryl comes to the Association from Field & Game Australia (FGA), where he worked as Development Manager for the last seven years. During his time at FGA he has formed excellent working relationships with stakeholders, including the Game Management Authority (GMA), Parks Victoria (PV), Sport and Recreation Victoria (SRV) and the Environmental Protection Authority (EPA), as well as very close working relationships with SSAA Victoria and the Australian Deer Association (ADA).

When not working, Daryl spends his spare time alongside his 14-year-old son Jack and 5-year-old Labrador Retriever Luna, competing in clay target events, hunting (duck/deer/quail/ferals) and riding bikes (just about anything with two wheels!). He has also travelled extensively around Australia and many other parts of the world with his partner Melissa.

Daryl is a very keen shooter and hunter and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the SSAA Vic Team. The Association is excited to have him on board and encourages members, branches and clubs to welcome him to his new role.
