SSAA Victoria has received a lot of questions as to when the Practical Firearms Training Program (PFTP) will recommence. The simple answer is that we do not know.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions placed on the number of people allowed in a confined space, we cannot run the complete course in Melbourne or regional areas.
FAQs:
- Can you book a private course? No. We are not running any courses at present.
- Can I do the course in a regional area? No. We cannot run the theory and practical parts of the course at present.
- Can I do an online course? No. We are not running any online courses at present
- Can I leave a deposit to get on an early course? No. We are not taking deposits.
- Can you tell me when the courses are starting? No. We do not know when restrictions will change.
- Can you take my name so I can get an early spot? No. When course dates are eventually announced, that is when you can choose which dates are most convenient for you.
- Can you call me when the course starts again? No. Due to the high level of interest, we will only announce course dates via our social media pages, SSAA Victoria website and through the SSAA Victoria newsletter.
