Nationals Senator Bridget McKenzie has invited SSAA members to ‘shoot with the Senator who supports shooters’ at Seymour later this month.
The Shooting Industry Foundation of Australia-sponsored event, held at Seymour Field and Game Range (Lambing Gully Road, Avenel) kicks off at 10am on Saturday, April 23.
The prize pool includes five guns, worth more than $12,000 combined; and the door prize is a Weatherby Vanguard Series 2 Blued Sporter rifle pack with Leupold VX-3i 3.5-10×40 scope, Leupold mounts and a Plano Field Locker rifle case.
Nominations are $80 for open division, $80 for ladies, $60 for juniors and $75 for pensioners. Fifty per cent of the nominations will go to Senator McKenzie’s re-election campaign.
